[Bug]: Dumbo Octopi despawn even when named.

Bug Description

[Bug]: Dumbo Octopi despawn even when named with a name tag or by naming the Bucket of Dumbo Octopus.

How to Reproduce?

1. Find or spawn Dumbo Octopus
2. Name in bucket or with name tag
3. Release into water and move sufficiently far away
4. Return to find Octopi despawned

Expected Behavior

Entitys named with a Nametag usually don't despawn so i expected the same to happen here. It is not the case however.
