[Bug]: [1.18.2] Fabric: Dumbos are spawning all over the place

Bug Description
We build a creeper farm in the ocean, after standing ontop (height 140 (77 over sea level)) a whole whole bunch of them are spawning in the water^^"

Dumbo octopus spawn be default spawn almost the same as dolphin and require it to spawn far down in the ocean. From what I've seen in discords there was a mod that caused the dumbo to spawn extra and from my own testing I've only ever seen very few dumbo octopus so check your mods and make sure none of them screw with mob spawns.
But I provide a config in the config folder to lower spawns so if another mod screws with it a lot you can lower it. But not much I can do when other mods are the reason for it as they spawn very rarely in vanilla without other mods.
