Ability to specify Required System Version

From what I gather this is not yet implemented, at all. It's left at the default of 0x00 [0x08 * 0x04]. However, when building new homebrew NSPs it would be very handy to be able to specify what system version our ROM requires.
It seems like this could be implemented at https://github.com/The-4n/hacBrewPack/blob/745b16ecfc9ce055743067d200572204cb2aac6c/cnmt.c#L22C77-L22C77
