While flutter app can be developed in too many different ways, please update the readme with the info available in #1

I was planning on doing that when PR #2 is done, there is a simple update that I commented in the PR in order to merge it and then adding that and other information in the readme.
If tomorrow the PR #2 is not yet closed I will do it myself.
