[Suggestion] Add config option for `BetterWeaponWheel` mod to bring up weapon wheel instantly

I play ULTRAKILL on controller and end up using the weapon wheel a ton to quickly switch weapons.

Though, having to hold the switch weapons button for 1/5th of a second every time I want to switch to a faraway weapon gets annoying and messes with my aim a lot.

Is it possible to add a config option for a key that when held instantly brings up the weapon wheel?
