[BUG] margins bug in programming languages page when switching to RTL languages

Description of the bug
The problem appears in title container section of programming languages page when switching to RTL languages,
The margins that create the spaces between title container's elements stay in one direction even if their direction style changed to "rtl" because of switching content language to an RTL language.
