Description (Required)

Sometimes, exotic resouce plants can be bonemealed although they should not be able to.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Place down some exotic resource plants .
Try bonemealing them.
Some of the will show the broken hearts that show they cannot be bonemealed.
Occasionally, some of the bonemeal will go through anyways.

Expected behavior (Required)

The plants to not be bonemealable at all

Where is that option? (the bonemeal option)

exotic garden plants are meant to be bone mealed
