1.16.5 / Java 17 issues (can't roll back to JRE 1.8.0)

I just found my issue, CBMultipart isn't compatible with Java 17 but there is a mod requesting at least java_17 level. What can i do to escape this Java dependency hell ? I won't uninstall any mod, but by using Java 8 CBMultipart loads correctly.

Same issue :/ (Though a mod uses java 21 for me)
