cant flash the camera

hi,.. basic question.
I followed the instructions.
but the camera allways just annoyingly "waiting for connect".
if I confugure it first, then try the microSD, no reaction.
SD is FAT32, files on.
am I missing something?
help.

did it. mac coulnd handle the sd card.
