Out of space

This repo has hit Github's size limits, and we are actively working on a solution which we expect to implement in the coming week. Opening this issue to let people browsing the repo know we are aware.
This problem is now being solved in the following way: a separate archive repo has been created, which will contain every update up to this point. In this repo, the history of the following files has been deleted:

This reduced the size of the repo, allowing automatic updated to resume
We are now experiencing an issue with pushing the smaller repo to github. We are in touch with github support and hope to resolve this as soon as possible. Apologies.
With some help from github support, this is now resolved. Apologies about the delay. The reasons for the delays have to do with a myriad of git intricacies which I can detail upon request.
