Maiasaura Adult's bleed ratio idle is better than resting

Expected Behavior

The bleeding ratio resting for Maia Adult should be better than its bleed ratio idle.

Current Behavior

Maiasaura Adult currently heals faster while standing than it does resting.

Its bleed ratio idle value should be swapped with its bleed ratio resting value.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn as Maia Adult.
2. Give yourself bleed using the /bleed command.
3. Check your bleed ratio in the character menu while standing.
4. Begin resting, check bleed ratio in the character menu again.
5. Notice you heal faster while stood up than when resting.
