Credits screen text flashes rapidly if left at the end of the list for too long

Expected Behavior

The credits screen text should not be flashing, even if left at the bottom of the list.

Current Behavior

The credits screen text flashes rapidly if left at the bottom of the list for too long.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the game.
2. Go to the credits screen under extras.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the credits using RMB or by letting them play through.
4. Leave it at the bottom between 5-10 seconds, then watch the text begin flashing rapidly.
