Update for 1.17?

Please update SkAcket for 1.17, not many alternatives out there for vehicle movement. Also would the Vehicle movement work with the last version of ProtLib?

Edit: just checked, it was my ProtocolLib version that was out of date (the one I used before on 1.16.5 worked with vehicle movement). So i guess only the 2nd part of my earlier paragraph stands.
