Server TPS drops when red copper cables are present in the world + RF to HE converters

Whenever red copper cables are in use, server TPS tends to drop heavily in contrast to alternative power transportation methods

• Is it also possible to cap the power storage on RF to HE converters / HE to RF converters since converters will completely drain my RF energy storage and change it to HE entirely unless I have a manual lever to cut the current

Known issue, both of those issues will be fixed when the new energy system is released.
