Add support for people using cupper with klakegg's hugo docker instance

I find a lot of the docs here very hard to follow. A lot because it assumes that we're using hugo as an installation on our machines whereas I'm using the klakegg docker hugo.

would be great to get some more accessible guides and docs for how to use cupper that doesn't require expertise in all the variations of setup
