Error connecting Dokan store to TaxJar

When MT_Integration_Dokan::is_vendor() is called with an invalid (or no) user ID, the following notices and warnings are issued:

As a consequence, TaxJar is unable to import the orders from the store, and the following error appears in the TaxJar dashboard:
