John: Note that I thought I had set the size of the Data Source footnotes to be much smaller; in this new version they are bigger than I intended for the leaflet plots.

Note: Note that e.g. on Page 2, the titles and sub-titles of the plots don't appear to be the same size. Those should be easy to control now, uniformly. See just need to ensure the same tags for titles and subs are used; I intended h4/h5 or h5/h6, but we want them to be uniform
Previously the title for the Lollipop was in the plot code, but I pulled it out so we can control it easier
