VSH menu wont open

I've followed the installation process to a T. Put the roulettevshmenu inside of my plugins folder and added a new line to the boot_plugins.txt files to load the menu, but when pressing R3 + left DPAD nothing happens at all, i've tried also disabling webman and trying and nothing. Is this broke now? im on 4.84 DEX
