After installing on Sonic Pad, the printer name is unknown and Creality print disabled

I identified the cause of this.
Sonic Pad relies on the first line of printer.cfg to identify the printer model.
Obico install script added as first line this: [include moonraker_obico_macros.cfg]

It appears that between the last time I installed Obico on sonic pad (sometime around November / December 2023) and now this problem has been fixed.
I reinstalled obico and [include moonraker_obico_macros.cfg]
is now automatically added to the end of the printer.cfg file instead of the beginning.
Everything seems to work properly
