Cash Manager Plugin - User Experience improvements

Player's experience on Zoner Universe is that the cash manager plugin is difficult to understand.
Possible solution, split the help screen into 2. The first being the very basic commands:
- /bank deposit 123
- /bank withdraw 123
- /bank balance
Leave the advanced features on a 2nd page.
