Issues with Daily Tasks

Daily Tasks currently has a number of breaking issues and minor problems to fix:
- Wrong client id when completing a pvp task
- Cheating detected - shadow equiplist issue on undock after receiving reward. Explore using
Hk::Player::Addcargo - bought 4 super alloys, still sayings 0/10 remaining
- 10/15 remaining when it should be 5/15 remaining (wrong way round)
- killing npc task didnt notify it was completed, but it did show as completed when doing /showtasks
