Cirsector area feature: What is the `a' variable for?

Can anyone figure it out? (Including @harish123456798)

The docstrings don't say, and I can't just assume that a = length (even though a means length in most others)

I looked it up here and apparently it is the degrees of the angle. I will make sure. But consider this bug fixed until further notice.

UPDATE: Bug has been confirmed fixed. I mean, it's a few decimal points off, but who doesn't round?
