Add thumbnail search for removed.edm if metadata page is not available

As of some time ago, thumbnails have been uploaded to removed.edm despite a metadata page not existing yet. Currently the finder counts these as "Not archived" despite it existing on the servers, and there should be a new metadata only search for the thumbnails if the metadata page doesn't exist.

The files have the following possible names:

{id}.jpg
{id}.webp
{id}.png

Additionally, there are the following possibilities if there is simply a frame saved instead of the original thumbnail image:
{id}_.jpg
{id}_.webp
{id}_.png
