[28] User proceeds without adding a new family member

Description

The recipient may decide to continue without adding any family member. In this case, he/she can press the link "continuar sin añadir familiares" and this will show a pop up (screen 28).

Definition of Done

• (In screen 28) "Cancelar" button returns the user to screen 18.
• (In screen 28) "Continuar" button send the recipient to page 22.
