Simplify operation(s)

I know this is just a simple script that is suitable for your workflow, but if I may, I would suggest concatenating the specific operations (eg. ape, wav, flac) into one operation, having the script perform the correct operation based off a file's extension and/or mimetype.
This way, you don't have to explicitly call which type of file is to be split. Just a suggestion, but I do have to say that I really like how simple and clean this script is.

Certainly there is nothing preventing this (it would be trivial, in fact), as all the formats are handled automatically. It would require one to store all the tracks to be split in a separate directory, of course, but that just requires an update of the README. And it would make things a lot easier on people, probably :) I haven't looked at this in a long time, but I'll see if I can go through it soon and fix it up.

Actually, I have no idea whether this really works or not, as I haven't tested it yet. Not much was changed, so it should work, but I may have managed to mess up the syntax somewhere. I'll give it a test run 'soon' (hopefully not another 3 months).
