Change version displayed in Menu screen

The version string displayed at the top of the menu screen can be found here.

While it has historical significance with the raider retreat and demo version, it would be better for debugging if that version matched the version of the HomeworldSDL release. After all, it could be considered a version of its own.

Something like

HomeworldSDL-1.0.2
