First of all, awesome bot!
Our LUG is moving to Discord and this bot is a great addition to our server.
I've invited the bot and we're able to interact with the different ! commands.
However, reacting with the different emojis doesn't do bring up the large image or delete the message.
I'm sure it's a permissions issue, just not sure which one.

I've been able to reproduce the problem by creating a new server. For some reasons it was working as expected in my two others testing servers.
It was not a permissions issue but something related to the loss of context of the message the bot was responding to.
I've fixed it (at least for my new server, So I'm expecting the same result on yours!).
