Bug: Double-counting the same URLs

Seeing doubly-counted URLs with www and without, and with /user/ in the path and without. That is, both

http://www.burnseo.com/thinkup/
and
http://burnseo.com/thinkup/
are listed.

As well as:
http://connected.ajli.org/apps/thinkup/user/
and
http://connected.ajli.org/apps/thinkup/

These URLs should be counted as a single installation.
