[Bug]: API usage seems higher than normal

What happened?

Lately, it seems that the program takes roughly 5 times as many API units to scan comments as stated in the wiki when scanning videos. For instance, this video:

As of the time of this post, it has over 200,000 comments, which should've only consumed 20% of the API limit. However, I got an error message after it scanned about 100,000, saying that the token file expired, and therefore, the scan was halted. That was easy enough to remedy, but when I checked my API usage, it read at almost 50% of the API limit. Now, upon running the program again, I notice that scanning 200,000 comments takes up all of the API.

  1. Run the program as usual.
