[Feature Request] Implement Tesmart KVM switch 8/16 Ports on BlikvmOS

Hi,

First thx for you great work.
I would to ask if possible to implement the TESmart 8 and 16 port IP-KVM switches with RS232 Serial, lan console Port.

I have found on other github page link: https://github.com/bbeaudoin/bash/tree/master/tesmart information about that KVM Switch an how to communicate with that KVM Switch.

Thx in advanced if possible to integrate it. An sorry for my not so good english .
