[Feature] Online/Offline mode

Description
In real-time, we could have a way to show if a user is online or offline (in a public profile or in the member's list of a guild).

Closing as Thream now enters Maintenance mode (only bug issues will be considered, no features planned in the future), we might take Thream down and archive the repositories (website, api `file-uploads-api, not npm packages) on GitHub in the coming year.
