`searchable_select` in Nested Attributes not rendering

I have nested attributes with searchable_select fields. When I go to add a new nested item, the searchable select does not render, yet is active (you can click in the blank spot where it should show and you get default option list, not the pretty select)

The fun form elements should now get initialized correctly inside nested forms.
