What are the licensing options for this library? http://thrivingkings.com/apprise is not working too.

I just added a license file. I'm sorry for the lack of support (and the website not working)— I stopped supporting this project long ago and don't have any plans to pick it back up. Feel free to use it however you'd like, but there are certainly better (and more modern) options available. If you're using something like React, I would simply consider a UI library (eg, https://ant.design/components/modal/), and if you're not using something like React, I'd consider using React :)
