reply button should only be displayed for logged-in users

I just noticed that the reply button is shown even when not logged in - which seems like unnecessary UI clutter.

(confusingly, when clicking that button, I'm taken to http://guest.tiddlyspace.com/#previous-tiddler-title)

Have submitted a pull request for this TiddlySpace/ts-reply#7

In the long term probably best to add option to log in or sign up if someone viewing the page tries to reply.
