How to modify antfs-cli to remove the damaged file from
watch Forerunner 610. Garmin Express synchronizes every time a corrupted
file 1989-12-31_01-00-00001_1_65535.fit from the root folder.

I hit this issue too, and did not find a way to recover. I've finally reset the watch.
It fails even using Garmin official tool on windows.

Master reset does not correct the problem

Weird this, so it downloads this file on the official tool as well. Have you tried a firmware upgrade?
