sry for taking a while to reply
i guess they changed the default behaviour
you can even see it if you manually go to the playlist page

they don't display an error but redirect to the main page...

so the error block starting here basically becomes useless

youtube does actually tell us that it wasn't found
we only need to find out where they hide the 204
