Reduced tab height stopped working

I've updated firefox to version 60.0~b6+build1-0ubuntu0.17.10.1 today and noticed that tabs are fat again (too fat because I set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.5 in about:config due to dpi problems).
I assume that one stopped working: https://github.com/Timvde/UserChrome-Tweaks/blob/master/tabs/more-compact-tabs.css
