Use <= 1 Wh as cut-off? To also filter "empty" charges in which the energy meter jumped by one Wh? This will probably not be abused to charge for free: 1Wh is consumed in ~ 2.6 seconds when charging 1p 6A and most cars will not continue to charge when interrupted multiple times every 3 seconds.
