Could you implement Crystals and Respawn Anchors?

Respawn anchors are out of scope for this project, since this extension is only for PvP. No idea about crystals and TNT though.

Respawn Anchors are actually a PVP Method. It's been used in many crystal servers, such as mcpvp.us.
Basically just implementing Respawn Anchors exploding and not the actual respawn mechanic.

Got crystals working! Although you have to register the explosion supplier to an instance for it to work, and I don't think there is a workaround for it
