Improve default theme

The default theme should have the following properties:
- *Not look like it was made in notepad
- *KISS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KISS_principle)
- *
h-entryformatting - Briefly explain how theming works
- Support majority of post types
* Most important, all others are optional

Default theme now looks somewhat decent, works with articles, notes, photos, and audio posts. However, it does not explain how theming works, and could probably be simplified, so I'll keep this open for a little longer.
