JS/CSS not dequeing

Sorry for all these bugs... probably what I get for using unstable in a dev environment.
The JS/CSS files are not dequeing, even though I've set them to do so in the Total Slider settings. I don't see any errors when I save, and everything looks normal.

I haven't looked at this, but if my memory serves me correctly this is
an omission on my part brought about by the enqueueing changes for
v1.1 templates.
