Updating repositories (badges, security ..)

A wave of maintenance is required for the repositories of TopCli.

  • switching badge to style=for-the-badge
  • adding OSSF scorecards
  • updating dependencies
  • updating the Security Policy (following the same model as Spinner)

Hi, this is fixing the build badge and adding the OSSF badge?

@fabnguess Yes in order:

  • Fixing the build badge
  • Adding OSSF scorecard badge
  • Updating the style of badges like in the Spinner project:

Also need to update the SECURITY.md file like Spinner.
