fix: reinstall command breaks manifest-based plugins

since reinstall does a remove and install of all plugins, i assume the problem is that whatever i'm using to delete will go to the actual files and not the symlink. so this breaks reinstalling for manifest based plugins

i dont think this actually happens, its just that symlinked files seemingly disappear at random in the lite xl treeview.
