Description
While playing the mod the game stutters a lot. Nothing I've tried fixes it.

Just launching the game reproduces the bug

i9-9900K @ 4.0GHz
32GB RAM
GTX 2070
Win10 64 bit
I can take a video if that's helpful. The game only stutters with the mod.

the only thing I really see is that the mod really doesn't like the capabilities of your computer, most likely it's not able to use most of the ram and cpu power
