Script to do the "exitTouchbar" command

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way I can put the "exitTouchbar" command inside an applescript so that I can use in tandem with another script. For instance, I would like to first exit MTMR, and then activate an app using applescript. Is there a way to implement this?
