[Bug - models] Resource pack models have broken textures

Describe the bug
Using the Beta Continuum resource pack, all piglin types have modified models. They seem to render the altered shape correctly, but with pink and black checkered textures, i.e. missing texture.

Additional context
No other mods loaded while testing. Beta Continuum adds textures for non-Optifine piglins as well as a new model and texture for Optifine. There are two piglin.png files in different places. Maybe this is causing the issue.
