Speed and Capture hotkeys defective

First of all, these are not controller keys! They should be moved to the
hotkeys list.
Secondly, why can't I assign Speed to the TAB key? This is the standard key
for fast forward, I expect to at least be able to map it there (and it should
be the default key)

I think this hack was originally made for these features to be able to be
mapped to joypad buttons.
BTW, any idea of what hardware the Gameshark button emulates?

While I don't mind if those keys get moved to the hotkeys list, I would still
like to be able to map them to my controller if I wish. I have the speed
assigned to my controller because I don't want to take my hands out of the
controller while playing.
