Allow AVI recording of Lua-generated graphical output

As the title suggests, I'd like to be able to have the option to record the
GB(A) screen contents plus whatever Lua draws to the screen buffer, to AVI. In
other words, as it appears on the screen. The reason I want to do this is for
educational value in videos. I could use a screen recorder, but that method has
various problems in terms of sound and video quality and stability.

You can do that by toggling the Text In Image option at Option - Head
Up-Display - Text Display Options...
