When running the tracerbench compare command with the --report boolean flag, the stdout message still reads "To generate a pdf report run "tracerbench report"".
This command should be aware when running with the --report flag and update the messaging to be context aware.

Additionally appears with this flag the tbconfig.json is not being grabbed and inserted into the PDF report plotTitle
