TOC jump to section not working in Firefox

I have this weird issue that jumping to section of a post via the toc does not work in Firefox (Chromium is working fine).
I first thought that I misconfigured something in my nginx as it is working correctly on the theme demo page but the bug can also be reproduced on my local machine.
I pulled the latest master and testet this with a fresh project without any customizations.
